Richmond assists in the overall operations of Black Media Association. He was inspired to create a space for growth and development so he used his vision, leadership, and experience to found BMA. He serves and grows with BMA through his passion for journalism, broadcasting, and providing a platform for the people and issues that would otherwise not have a voice.
